These workers are genuine and overall kind human beings. They always ask how my day is going, and make sure to make you feel welcomed. They deserve a raise for their humanity towards others. “I'm always a big fan of this Caribou location. It's close to home, the baristas know what they're doing, and they always greet me with a smile and wish me a good day. I appreciate them very, very much. Some grocery store locations will get the drink wrong (Nitro Turtle Mocha) but this Hornbacher's Caribou gets it right every single time.“

“Excellent tasting smoothies. This was my first visit here. I ordered the Pomegranate Plunge, and it's delicious.
Customer Service could use an improvement, though. We asked for a spoon to go with one of the smoothies for my child who is currently unable to use a straw, and it was forgotten. I asked where the spoons were, and she just walked away, assuming she was getting a spoon. we stood there a few minutes. My son hollered, "Excuse me," to the back, and another person working looked towards us, then continued to sweep. Finally, another came over, and when we asked for a spoon, she grabbed it no problem, then just walked away. What ever happened to good service "is there anything else you need" "have a nice day" "thanks for stopping or come again" I miss the old school ways that should still be said today because manners and being polite never goes out of style.“
“Their shakes are fantastic. They taste awesome, have great consistency, they have a wide variety, and they're healthy so I highly recommend Cold Fusion. We're in town visiting and I will definitely go back on return. Gretchen and Dan are super nice and gave us great suggestions on what to see in Fargo.“

“The wild wild Southwest salad was awesome. Perfect balance between flavors, lettuce, and other toppings. The dressing had a little spice, but not too much. It was really good. The raspberry lemon refresher was a great drink to go along with it. The service was kind and friendly, and the inside was super clean. Great job! Thanks for the great food and service!“
