The boba here is great, but the blonde cashier with the glasses has a serious unwelcoming attitude. If you’re someone with anxiety I’d steer clear of this place because of her. Everyone else was pretty welcoming. The decorations don’t make up for the lack of customer service. I’d suggest going to Vampire Penguin tbh. Boba is great and people are friendlier.

This place use to be really nice but its quality has gone down a lot. I ordered two drinks and both of them tasted very water down. The employees working seemed like they didnt wana be there and looked confused when making my drink. Also, the customer infront of me complained about their drink not having enough flavour.

What a wonderful little shop. The two employees named Aubrie and Em were so helpful! I ordered the Hokkaido bubble tea, strawberry Pocky, and rice candy. All of which were delicious treats. I very much like the interior, especially the hedge wall, perfect for taking photographs to upload onto my social media! I will seriously consider returning to this location for delectable bubble tea in Fargo.Vegetarian options: Enjoy your boba.Dietary restrictions: Boba may contain tapioca depending on what you order.Parking: Loads of parking.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.

I came here two days before the new year and it was dead. I actually thought it was closed but tried the door anyway. Server came out from the back and I asked for a plain milk tea with tapioca. She seemed confused and asked if I wanted the Royal milk tea. I didn't know what that was and I asked if she just had anything that was just plain milk tea but she didn't know. I got the Royal and it tasted like hot chocolate kind of. Not bad but also not what I wanted. That was okay but then I got a boba and it was really hard. That ruined my drink entirely. All the bobas were hard. If I was still there I would have asked for fresh bobas. Definitely other spots on Fargo that are better for bubble tea.

We had the strawberry cheesecake gelato and the mint gelato. Both were very artificial tasting and had an icy texture closer to sorbet than gelato.

Only reason this place deserves the single star is because of the workers. The gelato is adequate at best and definitely not worth the price, especially when Coldstone is basically right across the street. The owner is never actually in the store and leaves his overworked employees alone to fend for themselves. He also supposedly doesn't even give them any of the tips they make online, at least that's what an employee who recently quit had mentioned on her last day. The owner also buys snacks and double or even triples the price and somehow still makes sales.I'm all for supporting small businesses, but not when they treat their employees like shit and exploit their community.

The staff is really friendly and very helpful. I like the variety, trying different combinations whenever I stop by. So far it's just the drinks but they have snacks and other goodies that I'm dying to try yet.

Tbh the gelato lacked flavor. The chocolate was lumpy with parts that were frozen instead of creamy. Snickers was meh. Interesting menu so giving them the benefit of the doubt on those, but I wouldn't be returning based on the ice cream.

Not a ton of seating and a little pricy, but super cute ice cream and drinks! I’d totally recommend this spot to family and friends! I had the cookie butter gelato and it was delicious.
