Las Palmas Mexican Bar & Grill serves food that is unbelievable, hot, fresh, and excellent tasting with nice big portions. The guacamole is great, and the Birra tacos, quesadillas, and unique dishes like the chicken/pineapple/corn/poblano pepper dish are absolutely fantastic. The Texas Fajitas offer a mouth watering mix of grilled chicken, steak, and shrimp with bell peppers and onions, while the Seafood Al Fuego features tilapia and shrimp beautifully seasoned. The salsa is a favorite in town. Drinks like the peach-berry mule, horchata, and great cocktails and amazing mocktails are delicious. The atmosphere is amazing, and service is awesome, with fantastic, helpful, and insightful servers who make guests feel welcome and give great recommendations. Some guests experienced a worthless server who forgot drinks and refills, but another excellent server from the back brought the food and did an outstanding job. This downtown Fargo spot is a definite great stop for authentic Mexican food, perfect for date nights, leaving guests wanting more every time.
