Very disappointing experience at Little Caesars on 45th. I placed a scheduled order, yet we still ended up waiting almost an hour to actually receive it. For an order that was scheduled ahead of time, that kind of wait is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the staff was rude and not very helpful when we asked about the delay. Mistakes and delays can happen, but how customers are treated while dealing with them makes a big difference.

Little Caesars Pizza is a busy spot with friendly staff. The pizza is a highlight, with the pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust pepperoni being a favorite. The long wait is worth it for pizza that is always hot, delicious, and fresh. Employees work hard ensuring the accuracy of all orders. The food is good and plentiful. They offer vegetarian options with friendly and knowledgeable service about meals and deals. The location has wheelchair accessibility.
