I ordered cupcakes for my mom’s birthday and she LOVED them. She told me to specifically write a review about the gluten/dairy free carrot cake cupcakes. They were YUMMY. very good quality and pricing. Will be using them for everything I need in this area.
Celiac here - diagnosed about 12 years ago. I’ve tried many gf breads and other food items. I bought a sandwich for the road trip back to the Twin Cities. I almost cried while eating it - it wasn’t the usual crumbly, dry bun I’ve come to expect. I am looking forward to the many products I purchased - flour, dinner roll mix, pizza crust mix, etc.
I search for gluten free bakeries wherever I go. It’s a random luxury I miss being able to do. Go into a store and pick out delicious things that I know won’t make me sick. I love how the textures are so similar to “normal” baked goods. I also have a dairy allergy and that isn’t always an option at gluten free places. I was also able to pick up some nut free items for friends that are nut free and gluten free. My favorites were the caramel and lemon blueberry!
