Celiac here - diagnosed about 12 years ago. I’ve tried many gf breads and other food items. I bought a sandwich for the road trip back to the Twin Cities. I almost cried while eating it - it wasn’t the usual crumbly, dry bun I’ve come to expect. I am looking forward to the many products I purchased - flour, dinner roll mix, pizza crust mix, etc.
I search for gluten free bakeries wherever I go. It’s a random luxury I miss being able to do. Go into a store and pick out delicious things that I know won’t make me sick. I love how the textures are so similar to “normal” baked goods. I also have a dairy allergy and that isn’t always an option at gluten free places. I was also able to pick up some nut free items for friends that are nut free and gluten free. My favorites were the caramel and lemon blueberry!
Amazing!! We were in town for hockey and stopped by to check it out! We have a new celiac and type 1 in our family and this place was so amazing! We got the pizza, lasagna, bread and cupcakes. We all loved everything and made us feel better about our new journey as a family!! Thank you so so much!
