Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers friendly service from welcoming and helpful staff, who go above and beyond by taking orders, providing table service, and ensuring food is hot and fresh. The restaurant is known for its delicious Blizzards, filled to the top with fixings and toppings, such as the Hot Cocoa Peppermint Blizzard and Pumpkin Blizzard. While there may be large potholes in the drive-thru, the kindness of employees and the tasty food make up for it. Although some customers have experienced issues like melted ice cream and missing lids on their Blizzards, staff are quick to resolve order corrections. The chicken strip basket, which comes with buttery Texas Toast, is also a favorite among visitors. Seating may be average, but everything else about the visit, including the polite counter staff, creates a nice and comfortable atmosphere. The drive-thru experience may take a bit longer, but the hot and fresh food received is worth the wait.
