I was super disappointed last time we ordered that they literally did not deliver our pizza at all, but a month later we tried again, and guess what? ANOTHER NON DELIVERY!! What in the actual fork are you guys doing over there?? why take delivery orders if you NEVER get them out to people?! absolutely ridiculous. then I call and they keep hanging up the phone after having to listen to some bro, trying to upsell me more toppings! WORST PAPA JOHNS EVER!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Waited over 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered- no one answered when we called. Said pizza was delivered and it never was. Awful service
It is the worst pizza place in town. I bought a pizza there and waited a hour and finally called them and they refused to answer the phone. All they did was pick up the receiver and hang up. Then when I went over to try to get a refund I found it on my front doorstep cold and the box was wet from sitting on my doorstep in the snow. the delivery driver never rang my doorbell never knocked on my door and I was sitting right next to the door almost the whole time.
