Normally the food we get here is very good, but I was sadly disappointed with today's order as the food was all cold. I ordered a burrito bowl and the chicken, white rice and black beans were all cold. The things that should have been cold were (guacamole, sour cream, pico) but the hot portions were almost as cold. I will definitely think twice before going back again. Not a happy customer!!
I ordered my food online with a pickup time of 12:15pm on 11/3/20. I arrived at 12:15pm and didn’t see it on the shelf yet. No big deal they were decently busy with a long line. However the line was moving faster than our online orders. They had 4 people working on the line and only 1 working on the online orders. 10 minutes had past and still no food.
