I go there for coffee every day and I get the same thing every day As I’m bulimic and it’s all I can keep downjust to be told at the window that I couldn’t get my drink remade properly by Melissa. I usually Get a caramel frappe with two shots but today, Melissa made it aware that I was not allowed to come to that store anymore because I wanted to drink remade has anybody else experience this?

This is by far the BEST Starbucks I’ve been to. There was just something chill about this place the staff was welcoming upon walking in and as people left while I was still sipping my Delicious Flat White, they thanked customers for coming in! Not many places say hello when you enter and thank for coming when you leave. And it was nice and bright inside as well! And you can get your coffee in a real cup if you want! I will definitely be back here!! So great!

I normally have a great experience at this starbucks. I tend to do a lot of homework here as a college student and enjoy the atmosphere. I am pretty much there everyday as a PAYING customer. In the past few months I have spent around $400-$500 dollars here (i calculated this in the app). However today was different, I was there earlier and spent 15 dollars on a sandwich and drink and studied for a few hours. I then returned after school to work on some scheduling for my job and was confronted by a manager? She asked me and my roommate to leave because they have a new policy and we were not paying customers. Interesting because I spend a-lot of money at starbucks… I told her that I already purchased 2 items just a few hours earlier in the day and she said that wasn’t enough. Me and my roommate packed up and left. I am truly surprised at how we were treated considering how much money and time I spend at starbucks.
