I go to this Starbucks about 4 times a month. Today it took 15 minutes to get my order. That is an absurd amount of time to wait for a coffee. There were 4 other in- house people who ordered after me who got their drinks first.
The drinks and service are amazing, as usual. Staff is always friendly, and when I ran into a food quality issue, they went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of in a professional and timely manner, and delivered the replacement to me.That being said, I highly recommend using caution when ordering their new Chicken and Maple Butter Sandwich, it had an amazing aroma, but lacked in flavor and the chicken resembled that of a massive McNugget. Little more than halfway...

I wrote to their Fargo store about a mug I couldn’t find, and they went above and beyond — sending not only the North Dakota mug but even an Ohio one, along with a pin and a personal note. That kind of thoughtfulness truly made my day. You can tell these folks care about people as much as they do about coffee. Thank y’all so much!
