The drinks and service are amazing, as usual. Staff is always friendly, and when I ran into a food quality issue, they went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of in a professional and timely manner, and delivered the replacement to me.That being said, I highly recommend using caution when ordering their new Chicken and Maple Butter Sandwich, it had an amazing aroma, but lacked in flavor and the chicken resembled that of a massive McNugget. This is now the only Starbuck in Fargo I go to because of the employees and quality of what I order. I don't even get a hello at the other locations anymore. Everyone here is super nice and inviting. They go above and beyond and make sure they say hi and goodbye. Wish the others could follow their standards.
This is one of two of the best Starbucks locations in the FM area. Staff are friendly and attentive and will go above and beyond for their customers. One situation we had experienced was earlier in the summer season when the Starbucks App failed and the barista had to take our order at the window.
