The WORST store EVER! Did the order online, the order was not difficult at all just extras added on, Of course they did not fix my sandwich correctly. When I called to complain, they did not want to fix the situation or even give me a store credit. Never again will I come to the subway and I will also spread the word so others will not come either. Ridiculous!

I placed an order through the mobile app. No where on the app did it say the west acres location wouldnt accept my order. I paid for my order, recieved an email stating it was confirmed and that I was charged on my card. Then I recieved a second email stating it was canceled. I went to the store and found the two employees sitting on their phones. They laughed at me when I asked what happened to my order and said that because I used a reward on my account they canceled my order. I pointed out that they were in fact paid for my order and they agreed but still laughed and said oh well we canceled it. And told me they wouldnt make the order and I can try and order again at another location. Why would I pay a second time. What a joke and beyond rude.

I’m going to give a five Star just bcoz of that girl JACKY, I had been here for many times but I never satisfied with my sandwich bcoz they made my food very sausy and nasty 🤮 but this time I went on Saturday and it was too much rush on lunch time but still that pretty girl made customers so fast and very polite way she is the best sandwich artist ever I have seen, I want to shout for her bcoz she rock the floor with her positive and very fastest attitude, I want to say she was doing the whole store rest of the two boys were so slower and imperfect.
