Our steaks tasted more charred than I have experienced at other Texas Roadhouse restaurants. Everything else was good, but I was disappointed to have a char taste in my filet, which was not cheap.
After not going to Texas Roadhouse for a couple years from bad experiences i decided to try it out again and got sat in Derek’s section. He really went above and beyond for me and my family and will definitely be back from the experience he gave us!
I have never been disappointed with Texas Roadhouse until today. It was very obvious that the server forgot to put our order in. I didn’t receive my salad and when the “manager” stopped to check on us I as asked for my salad to go thinking our food would be out shortly. Salad to go comes out and about 2 minutes later another salad came out meaning our order was just entered in the system. I get it, accidents happen.
