Dined upstairs outdoors in a tent, cold, but good.

Yea it's pretty good. The atmosphere is great, a good dive with exactly what you want, including a single pool table, two dart boards, wood paneling, neon signs, and more. The service is also pretty top notch and they'll make sure your glass is filled. The front and back of the place are very different from one another and I'm sure this is intentional. Either way a good pit stop or a good place to spend Friday night right by campus. Way better atmosphere than Herd & Horns.Vegetarian options: You'll have pretty limited options.Dietary restrictions: Ask your server for specifics.Parking: There's usually a good amount of parking around.Kid-friendliness: There's karaoke on Saturday nights but aside from this, the place is a no-nonsense dive.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but may prove difficult getting through double doors.

Picked this joint for my first legal drink, went in and waiter Nolan wouldn’t accept my ID at a table with 3 others that are well of age, so I order a lemonade, and he walks past my empty drink 5 times excluding the times he was bringing out entrees. The time comes around to pay the bill and it’s about $70 (with a good tip) and i sat at the table for another 20 mins after I paid my bill. 9 o’clock rolls around and he comes and tried to remove me (not the party I was accompanied with) from the DINING area after I paid was waiting for my girlfriend that was in the bathroom. Super disappointed in this local bar and will not ever be returning.

Surprisingly tasty American eats.Bison burger was cooked well.Jalapeno poppers were the best I can remember.Sausage corn chowder, soup-of-the-day, also better than expected. It's an unglamorous looking bar next to a campus. Don't expect an epicurian adventure, or anything but sports on the TVs, but if you want well cooked simple foods it is great.

The Bison Turf is a Fargo institution, a classic college town bar and grill with a long and storied history. It's been a popular spot for NDSU students and alumni for decades, and it's easy to see why. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, the food is good and affordable, and the drinks are always flowing.I've been to The Bison Turf a few times, and I've always had a great time. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the crowd is always up for a good time. The bar is always packed on game days, and it's a great place to watch the Bison play. The food at The Bison Turf is classic bar fare, but it's done well. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the fries are crispy and salty, and the wings are some of the best in town. The beer selection is also impressive, with a wide variety of craft and domestic beers on tap.If you're looking for a fun and affordable place to hang out in Fargo, The Bison Turf is a great option. It's a classic college town bar with a great atmosphere, good food, and cold drinks. Just be sure to wear your NDSU gear, and you're sure to have a good time. Here are some of the things I like about The Bison Turf:* The lively and welcoming atmosphere* The good and affordable food* The wide variety of craft and domestic beers on tap* The friendly and efficient staffOverall, I highly recommend The Bison Turf to anyone looking for a fun and affordable place to hang out in Fargo. It's a classic college town bar with a great atmosphere, good food, and cold drinks.

The cafe looks good and authentic. It was quite misunderstanding during ordering but ok in the end. We tried bison burger and it tastes different from beef or chicken, worth try.

Kevin is a great bartender, and also a good singer (karaoke). Will be returning. Haven't tried the food yet.

A fun place to hang out and grab a drink right at the heart of NDSU. The balcony setup is good and something not a lot of places offer around town. Food is good and the bar offers a decent selection of drinks. Karaoke nights on Saturdays is fun. Do give it to shot.

We ordered takeout, the fish and chips, and the fish was excellent! Crunchy, flakey and moist. We will be doing it on a Friday again soon.

The Bison Turf is a Fargo gem. Historic, college bar with awesome food and friendly, genuine service. Love visiting for lunch or dinner but I think the Sunday brunch is my new favorite.
