Hardee's is a restaurant with a huge parking lot conveniently located off the interstate. The drive-thru service is generally quick, with friendly staff, including a smiling cashier who seemed to enjoy her job. The food is a mixed bag, with delightful biscuits and potato rounds that could be improved with more salt. Prices have increased, but the tenders, although a bit plain, are a decent option. The BBQ sauce is okay, but the Honey Q sauce is not recommended. Overall, Hardee's is a decent spot with some room for improvement.
