I love this sandwiches!!
Great staff with prompt and efficient service. Thank you for the opportunity to work with your store for the event I sponsored at the university.
I always ask to add Jimmy peppers to my sandwich, but I almost never receive them. 😭

Jimmy John's offers great food and service, but the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant space could use improvement. Customers have reported seeing some untidy items in the dining area, which raises concerns about the establishment's maintenance. However, the staff is praised for their helpfulness, especially in accommodating special dietary needs. While the food is described as amazing, the restaurant's operations could benefit from better staffing and efficiency, particularly during busy periods. Overall, Jimmy John's provides a satisfactory dining experience, but there is room for enhancement in certain aspects of the establishment.
