The food here hasn’t been bad in my experience but the service time is ATROCIOUS. I have been sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes now (at a certain point you can’t leave the lane) and I’m expecting another 10 minutes at least. This is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I come here they never say Hi or anything. They sound upset and never say thank you or at least “have a good day.” I order multiple things and they give me only 1 thing of bbq sauce or sometimes no sauce at all. Please treat men AND female service members equally and positively.
