It took over an hour after ordering online to get our food. The food was OK, but nothing was outstanding. Will not be ordering from there again.

Placed an order online. When I called looking for my order they said it was on its way which was over an hour. Never received the order. Called again and said it was still coming. That was two hours after ordering. Pretty hard to support a business like this.

Ordered December 31,2023. Not impressed at all with the last two times we have ordered. We were stuck with thin crust pizza which was cardboard and did not get the free cheesy bread that we ordered due to being out of yeast?? Never heard of that excuse before. I really love Marcos when they get their poop in a group maybe will try again,but not for a long time. This really sucks because we live close and would like to have it more often.

The 'original' crust was very good, somewhat thick for an "original"/"hand tossed", soft & chewy with nice bite & flavor; a highlight. Sauce was akin (& probably superior) to little caesar's - sweeter, slightly tart, prominent oregano. cheese remained mostly separate from other toppings (i.e. cheese didn't melt to fuse with toppings); as a result, toppings literally toppled off the sides of slices. toppings on the Deluxe were tasty enough. The big soft sausage pieces were the best. i might leave off peppers next time as they clashed with the sauce. cheese had a fine flavor but wasn't melty-hot, unfortunately. Order was ready in the time given, 20 minutes. Service was fine. Restrooms could've used some restocking and maintenance. Marcos was a decent value. The original crust stood out as high quality versus other national chains' mid-thick pizza crusts. There was nothing wrong with the toppings' taste. A more toasty, melty cheese would've been nice, but might be a personal preference and no strike against this particular Marco's.

Had a birthday party at High Air Ground and put in an order. First pizza was correct, next one was wrong, and the 3rd one took an hour and a half to get. High Air staff was constantly checking on it and came back telling me they forgot to make it or had to re-make it. We finally get the rest of the order and I go to ask for a refund of some sort and the guy at the counter says there's no manager and I have to write stuff down on a note. I guess we'll see if that kid threw it away or not. ??

Don't waste your time or money. Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered food at 5:40, then waited over an hour and a half...still no food. Called the restaurant to check, and after waiting on hold 5 mins or so, I was hung up on. Called back and waited on hold again for over 10 minutes, before being told they ran out of pepperoni and had to send someone out to shop for it. When asked why we weren't notified, we were told it was "too hard" to call everyone that ordered pepperoni about the situation. No apology, no offer of a refund...When I asked for an ETA was told that it should be no later than 8pm. Food finally showed up at 8pm and was ok, but DEFINITELY not worth the over two hour wait and terrible customer service to get it.
Roughly half the time they are pretty late with online orders.I always order sauce cups and 9/10 they forget, even when leaving an extra note.The food is good and that’s why I keep coming. Wish these things would improve.

I don't ever leave bad reviews but this was pathetic so I have to. If I could give negative stars I would. They forgot our wings to start out with which was fine whatever. While we were waiting I checked the pizzas to make sure they were okay and they only gave us 2 of the 3 we ordered and they weren't even close to the right pizzas. So we brought them back to remake and the wings still weren't done. We waited another 45 minutes for the pizza's and they forgot the wings AGAIN so we just said forget it we will just take the pizza's and walked out and they chased us down in the parking lot to tell us they gave us the wrong pizza AGAIN and that the pizza they gave us was one of the workers mother's or something. We have been going back and forth with the wrong order's for over 2 hours now. Absolute insanity, I've never had such awful customer service and mess ups happen before. The past 3 times they have messed up our orders and I keep giving them chances. I've been a loyal customer for years but we are done. I am beyond mad leaving this establishment. You guys need new management and better attitudes or something because that was absolutely ridiculous.

They never get our order right, ever. Our thin crust is dry & sat for some time as we waited for someone to help. Terrible service. They need someone responsible to monitor & expedite. Our order was wrong & unable to eat it. I don’t understand how they can screw up a pizza so bad. Truly the worst pizza location ever. It was a decent not great, place when it opened & has continued to decline rapidly each year. Never again.
