Roughly half the time they are pretty late with online orders.I always order sauce cups and 9/10 they forget, even when leaving an extra note.The food is good and that’s why I keep coming. Wish these things would improve.
I love Marco's so much when they do things right... The issues I have may seem smaller but they're one of the main reasons I go to Marco's when they remember. I always order the crust toppers and pizza sauce dipping cup. They forget both of these probably 3/5 times I order. Not typically a big deal but sometimes I even pay for extra sauce cups and they forget them. Again, smaller issue, but the crust and sauce is honestly what sells me on Marco's.
When I walked in for a pick up order, there was only 1 person in front of me. The whole process took about 15-20 min in total even though the person in front of me only ordered 1 thing . There was quite a few workers there some not in uniform but at least a few saw me. So when it was my turn all the workers what felt ignored me and went to the back. No one attended me, I waited . The girl who was not in uniform that went to the front that clearly saw me . Just started to talk...
