Love the play place. Service was kind of slow
9 times out of ten something is missing in the order. And if you go back to make your order right, they either give you the now cold item you ordered, or tell you to dispute it on the app (there is no such thing). All the McDonald's in Minot are like this, but this one is probably the worst about it.
The worst of the bunch in Minot ... North side or mall McDs are your best bets

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its consistent service and friendly staff. This location is particularly recognized for its extremely friendly and helpful employees, making it a preferred choice for customers in the city of Minot. The food is generally good, although some have reported issues, such as the McFlurry declining in quality over the last few months. Customers appreciate the restaurant's willingness to accommodate dietary restrictions, allowing orders like just burger patties without any problems. However, there can be occasional frustrations, such as cold fries or incorrect orders. Overall, McDonald's continues to offer a reliable dining experience, where many customers feel a strong connection to the staff.
