“The young man working tonight (Sunday, May 17th) was one of the most friendly experiences we have had in customer service here in Minot. This subway location should be so very proud to call this very soon to be HS graduate an employee. He definitely made our night! He was attentive, kind, and easy-going. “A great location, although it does seem that not many people tend to go to the location, or maybe at least during a Sunday. All be it not busy at all no customers in the restaurant,the workers weren't slacking off, they were actually working and fixing whatever needed to be done behind the counter; you'd at times would have expected them to be goofing around, playing on phones, or whatever else they deemed fit while not busy, but no they were quick to assist the only customer at the time, and actually seemed like they wanted to have service. They were quick with knowing the questions I had, which were about coupons and to see if the location participated in them. Which of course they did and I was able to use my coupon for 3 sandwiches for $19.99, which excluding 2 on the menu, I was practically able to get any sandwiches I wanted, even ones including bacon. They made the sandwiches the way I wanted even toasting them with extra items and for more than once, which really made them taste fantastic.“
