Only went for supper and had great food. Bartender Jen is amazing. Food wasn’t greasy, it was well prepared. We will definitely be back.

Thank you to Mark and his crew in the Clubhouse for a wonderful Class Reunion gathering for the Glenburn Classes of 96 and 97. The food was awesome, including all of the steaks cooked exactly to order. If you know the food industry, that isn't always easy in a group setting. The atmosphere was perfect for our group and event. Having worked many years in this location at the Original Minot Country Club, it is so good to see this special place thriving again. Vardon’s Restaurants- Grille and Bar and Chophouse is perhaps the best place in Minot for a great meal. Customer service excellence and food excellence are highlights, with a menu offering variety without being confusing. The steaks are absolutely perfect, and the ribeye has flavorful seasoning and is super tender. The Vardon Gouda burger is perfect, and the seafood pasta is excellent with a perfect sauce consistency. They are the only place in Minot offering a Gyro on their menu, and it is absolutely fantastic. The spinach, artichoke and crab dip is a great appetizer, and the cheesecake is not only delicious but also HUGE. Brunch is buffet style with choices ranging from scrambled eggs, omelette station, ham, waffles, breakfast potatoes, meatloaf, mash and gravy, variety of fruit, and cakes. The place is always spotless, and everyone working there is genuinely friendly. During peak hours, the atmosphere can get quite lively and loud, adding to the busy, energetic vibe. The cost is a little high compared to other places in Minot, but that is earned. The food is top-notch, service is quick, and the vibes are chill. Highly recommend for a casual date or fancy night out.
