Great big bar.. Great food selection.. Last two times we've been there and it's been slow when we get there and we sat at the bar, neither bartender tried to carry on a conversation with us or make us feel like they wanted our business... As a bartender if someone I didn't know sits at my bar and it's slow, by the time they leave they feel like they are a regular..I want new customers to feel welcome..
This is the second time my family and I came to the Rig. The first time was wonderful and I would give it 10 stars if I could. Today was a totally different experience. The food was excellent as per usual. The bartender though? Zero stars. We called to make sure it was good if we brought our two toddlers. She told us we could but we had to “eat and get out”. I thought it was rude but maybe it was just my interpretation of her conversation. When we got there, she was even more...
