Went to the Watford City ND Smiling Moose and had a horrible experience. Walked in 20 minutes before closing and waited better than 5 minutes to make our order in an empty deli. Was asked if we were eating in or take out. We were going to dine in. The guy taking our order was decidedly unwelcoming and tried to make it seem they were doing us a favor. Horrible customer service. Ordered a burger that was delivered to me at my work... burger missing ingredients. all American without the dog. Called the manager and she said she would replace the burger. I came in an hour later to redeem my burger. Bought a drink and sat down.
Manager comes out to tell me that she would only replace my burger if I brought the incorrectly made sandwich with me?
She did offer a voucher worth less than the cost of the burger though......read full review
NEVER order the breakfast waffles and sausage. Not sure where they go them, but they are not homemade. They came not even hot, no butter, and a little pkt of syrup. Couldn't even eat them, they were really bad. Ego has you beat. The sausage patty, an extra $2.99 was a thin frozen piece of yukk. Hope you learn from this comment
