La Cocina is a little spot serving really good Mexican food, with authentic flavors and generous portions. The green pozole is a favorite, always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The sauces are great, although a bit light on spice. It’s a hidden gem in Williston, with amazing food and a clean dining area. The bread for tortas is freshly made in house, and the chorizo and lingua tacos and quesadillas are excellent, with top-notch avocados. The food feels like a homemade meal every time, and the quality is very consistent. Overall, it's the best Mexican food in town, not too expensive, and definitely worth a visit.
