I ordered the Flautas and the quesobirria. Both were excellent! Quesobirria had a great falvor/sabor! very yummy! Chicken Flautas were cooked to perfection! crunchy and Tasty! The Rice had the perfect amount of Flavor! we will definitely go back!
Great food, just needs a bigger dining area
The lengua was PERFECT. The did not cut corners by adding stew meat, or entirely replacing it. It was soft, tangible, flavorful, and evenly cut into cubes. The salsas were amazing, and the limes, though small, were full of plenty of juice. My only regret is staying with tacos when I should have ordered something like the enchiladas, which looked so amazing going to the other people's table.

La Cocina is a little spot serving really good Mexican food, with authentic flavors and generous portions. The green pozole is a favorite, always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The sauces are great, although a bit light on spice. It’s a hidden gem in Williston, with amazing food and a clean dining area. The bread for tortas is freshly made in house, and the chorizo and lingua tacos and quesadillas are excellent, with top-notch avocados. The food feels like a homemade meal every time, and the quality is very consistent. Overall, it's the best Mexican food in town, not too expensive, and definitely worth a visit.
