“Our tour group of 31 traveling with Diamond Tours stopped at Runza and it was yummy. Most of the people on our bus had never tried Runza before. A lot of us are German/Russians growing up eating Kraut Bierocks, everyone enjoyed their meal. Friendly and fast service too!“

He greeted us the minute we arrived at the counter to order, brought our food to our table and continued to ask if we needed anything else. The dining room itself was cold also. I would suggest different colors, something warm, cozy, interesting and inviting. The surfaces that we sit on should be soft and comfortable and easily accessible and easily to get up from. It was hard for me to get up from the corner booth where we sat.“

“Earlier this afternoon my Brother and I Came to Subway for Lunch and were met by Ms Luci and Ms Nyellie. We were greeted and asked what we wanted to eat. The Young Ladies were prompt with our Order. The Subway was fresh and tasted Good.“

Many of the Mexican restaurants in Grand Island have no flavor, especially the out of the bag shredded taco chicken. Many are just plane nasty. People around here really must like band food. I don't. I go to Taco Johns and enjoy it - the Tacos have flavor. I like potatoes with my tacos and I HATE the brown mystery mush called refried beans. Give me the whole beans in a pleasant sauce, And the price at TJ's is reasonable. Tex-Mex and New Mexican are the best and TJ's does a decent job.“

“We were in the restaurant trying to place a mobile order on the app, when a worker, possibly a manager, very rudely said we need to get food or get out of the restaurant. His tone was brash and frankly uncalled for. Will be deciding if I want my hard earned money spent at this establishment... The food was good and another worker I believe her name was Val was fantastic.“

“I showed up on October 11th, 2023 at approximately 10:10PM. The gal at the window was very nice. Another gal from the kitchen came to the window and let me know the fries would take another 2 minutes. My food was incredible! As in, it was by the book, perfect, how taco bell is supposed to be. I haven't had taco bell like this in years. I'm visiting from Texas and I can't even tell you how nice it is to not receive stale taco shells, stale hard chalupa's and gross burritos. The cook at your location clearly works with her heart and prepares only food she would eat herself. That means a lot. For that, I just want to thank you! Thank you so much! Your employees that were working this evening rock!!!!“

“This place is worst in the world I ask for a hamburger 🍔 with no cheese and they put cheese and we ordering it again and they have us waiting 30 minutes just for one hamburger with no cheese just until now they give hamburger again with cheese it been three time already 🤬😡but until the manger was nice came out and give the right order fixed 😊🙏the employee are no good not giving my order three time not right order but I would give the manger credit than the employees that was in duty today at 7:42 pm in grand island Nebraska south locust street🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍“

“Jimmy John’s is the best sub sandwich in Grand Island and the Hinterlands. The single type of bread has fallen. Toasted sandwiches are in now. However, KISS (Keep it Simple Stupid) rules in food though which accounts for the existence of #10 on the menu. Just a SIMPLE (!!!!) roast beef sub! Alert! It doubles the meat w/o complicating things. 🧐 I sure hope JJs is not abandoning their “simplicity style “.“

“Stricker seated us and was our server. He is was courteous and friendly. He made sure everything was good with us several times. Food was awesome.

We tried to have our meal at Applebees next door and we were treated very poorly so we left and came to Pizza Hut. Stricker met us at the door and gave us the best customer service. Hang on to this employee, you have a gem!“
