“Great staff very friendly and we got our food super quick. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was one of the best fast food burgers I've had in a while. If you should order a side would definitely go for the onion rings, I'm not a big fan but they were very tasty. And It's very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.“

“My husband and I came to Kearney for our bi-weekly routine to pick up supplies for our shop. It is rare that we have time to eat lunch, but decided to stop today. To the employees- even though you were short staffed, you got through your lunch rush like Champs! You Rock! I have worked in fast food before- its not easy and being short workers doesn't help. Your employees were very polite and did the absolute best they could- our food was fresh, hot,, and very yummy- thank you!“

“The food is good, but you have to check it everytime to make sure they make it how you requested. Every time I go through the drive thru they give me sweet tea when I specifically ask for regular and very seldom do they get the toppings correct. I usually just scrape them off and eat it since it takes so long anyways.“

“This is a great taco bell location. The food is up to standard and is good. I have never gotten sick from this location which is amazing and shows the cleanliness in my opinion. I do also enjoy the aesthetic of the building. The staff are great also and handle huge rushes calmly and effectivley. During rushes they do stop taking orders at the counter and have customers use the kiosks which I find to be ok but older people might struggle especially if they are not very tech savvy. I have seen exceptions though where a staff member will help a customer order if they need it which is great. The wait times can be pretty rough and the lobby is extremely small. I do not get claustrophobic but that could be an issue for some people. Overall I really like this location and think it is a good taco bell.“

“9/12/2023 I walked in at 10:20 pm I was greeted immediately and the kind sir behind the counter was very mannerful. I ordered a chicken jalapeño ranch wrap with double meat and portions were more then adequate. My order was made quick and efficiently. They had been cleaning when I walked in and he apologized for the mess as tables were moved around but there wasn't anyone there when I walked in and as late as it was I understand the cleaning coming from a fast food background myself. Super job to them I would hire them as an employer.“

“When I came to Jimmy John’s to order a meal, Stacy asked for my phone number, which I have used for rewards nearly 10 times, she told me that I was not in the system. She took the time to help me get a rewards account and then took the time to listen to my grandkids order their sandwiches. The sandwiches were made exactly the way we ordered them.
