“This is one of the few standalone long John silvers I know of and has been the best visit to any Long John silvers I have ever been to. Alex and John provided amazing service. Our Family is planning to come back to Kearney just so we can Come back to enjoy the chicken we can't get back at home. “Decent food but nothing special. Burgers were pretty good but the chicken strips were dry. My kids had mixed reviews about the fries. Some liked them, others felt they could be better. They got our order right in the drive thru, which is a pretty big deal, but they weren't very friendly.“

“We had a very large order and they nailed it! It was all very organized and great quality. The employees were so kind. Most places get an attitude when there are larger orders. The staff was so accommodating and were grateful for the business. I was offered help carrying it all to my car as well. I love the small town generosity and kindness!!“

“I went through the drive-thru and got a couple of sandwiches. I always special order my food, so I know it is coming out fresh.I got my food, as ordered, but by the time I got home it was almost cold, and I live approximately 3 miles from the restaurant.Dietary restrictions: You can not order your sandwiches without salt. I was told that the patties come pre-seasoned. So, I just subtract or add condiments to be able to get mine as fresh as possible. I do not like not being able to control how much sodium I am getting on my food, however.“

“Me and my friend were out shopping and decided to take a break and have dinner at Arby's next to Walmart in Kearney Nebraska. I had not had a great experience with the other Arby's at the other end of town but took my chances. Walking in it was so clean. Everyone was working and polite. The employee that was mopping was doing an amazing job. So I told her how clean it looked. She mentioned they were short staffed that night. Only 3 employees has shown up for work. I would have never known. The place looked amazing and the food was great. So glad I didn't let my experience with the other store in town keep me from going again. I highly recommend this place. “Absolutely amazing!! Hadn’t been there in quite a few years but wanted to see if anything had changed and it definitely had!! Very clean and organized restaurant now!! Big difference than what it had been in the past and the manager was so great!! Very friendly! Made us smile!! Food was terrific!! P.S….we came back over the weekend and tried those wraps the manager told us we needed to try!! Very good!!?“

“ordered a pizza bundle for delivery late on a friday night (around 10 on 3/22/24) and it came super quick and the driver had a positive attitude despite the cold and me being a little late on getting to the door! after giving me my order he politely thanked me and then hustled back to his vehicle, the guy definitely cared about his job in ways u don't see often anymore! i hope his boss reads this, he was amazing!“

“9/12/2023 I walked in at 10:20 pm I was greeted immediately and the kind sir behind the counter was very mannerful. I ordered a chicken jalapeño ranch wrap with double meat and portions were more then adequate. My order was made quick and efficiently. They had been cleaning when I walked in and he apologized for the mess as tables were moved around but there wasn't anyone there when I walked in and as late as it was I understand the cleaning coming from a fast food background myself. Super job to them I would hire them as an employer.“

“The floor is always dirty, employees are always arguing in the kitchen, and there's never anyone at the register, but they are always kind to my toddler and once gave him an extra scoop of custard because they were really backed up on orders, so for that, we will always come back when we're in town.“

“i wish i could give this place sooo many more stars!! i went through late at night & i literally had the best drive-thru experience of my life with kayla (thats saying a lot, i go through drive-thrus a whole HECK ton)!! she was the sweetest and kindest person i have ever met in my entire life.... this girl deserves a raise !! she made my whole week :) i had a rough day today & she completely turned it around... not often do u have that experience going through a drive-thru at 10:30pm on a saturday night!! kayla if u r reading this, i <3 u!! thank u so much!!“
