We waiting about an hour and a half for our food, it came out very cold and did not taste good at all. The server was nice, but messed up the orders a couple of times. The manager offered a %15 discount as compensation. Overall I would not recommend this place and I will not be coming back.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The servers here are phenomenal, they make you feel welcome, make sure that your food gets to you in a timely manner, and that it is exactly what you ordered! The atmosphere here isn't some loud music bar, but rather a relaxed, moderately quiet pub vibe, that has keno and a couple game machines to play with some good music in the background. And the food is delicious! Tried their new bread bowl with their cheddar bacon and potato soup and couldn't get enough of it! The soup was hot, bread bowl toasted, and together was the perfect dinner on a chilly night. My only complaint was that each drink I tried to order, they were missing a liquor of some sort that it needed. I eventually settled on something they could make, but would have loved it if they had enough variety in their liquor to make the drink I requested. More variety to their liquor selection would make this place top notch and the best place to go to in Ashland!

I'm off in times willing to overlook that dive bar experience and atmosphere so long as the food is exceptional, in fact there's something really unique and attractive about a place like that, that almost seems a little like a dump inside but knocks it out of the ballpark with the food. Unfortunately this place has never been that way, I skipped going here for about the last 5 years because I remember that just not being that good and some of the guys we work with wanted to go so we went this last week. I ordered the nachos, at first glance they looked great, but as soon as I dug in, for some odd reason they over-spiced the meat, like horribly over spiced it, it tasted like black pepper like somebody just dumped half a can of black pepper and then hit it with a little too much salt also. It was just a bizarre weird taste because of that. Service was decent, but they were flies all over the place, flies were getting on our face flies were flying and landing on our glasses, and against the front window there must have been a hundred flies all up in different places, they need to do something about that.it's really not a horrible place overall, I suppose it's decent for ashland, but there's better places to be had even in the Ashland area. As I understand it Keno is a big part of the draw there and we don't play keno, so that's a big Plus for some that's not going to be affected in this review

If you're going to Ashland around mealtime then BW's has got to be your choice. Great menu selection & ice cold beer along with friendly service! The nachos with smoked chicken may be the best I've ever had!
