You walk in and are greeted by a very cozy feeling cafe. Bistro tables to seat yourself at or bar stools welcome you. The decorations are a great mix of vintage and a newer feel, with seasonal decor on the fireplace mantle and hearth. The server was pleasant and cheerful. After we got our food she checked on us a couple of times. Once we received our check we never again saw our server again. As we had never been there before we were unsure if we went somewhere to pay or if they came back and took it, after a bit my husband went up to the bar and paid. The latte was delicious and piping hot, perfect for a cool fall morning. My husband got a breakfast wrap that he said was good, I had eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon is a thick cut bacon, I asked for it to be crispy and while it definitely was not what I consider crispy, I gave it to my husband and he liked it. The hash browns were bland and dry nothing special and I personally wouldn't get them again. Then we got a cinnamon roll to share, again, nothing special the entire outside edge was dried out and hard as a rock, the inside was alright, but still a bit dry.

Great little place. Our group of 8 dropped in announced, and the single server handled it with grace. She set the airpot of coffee down to help ourselves while going about taking care of everyone.

Be warned they have a hard stop on lunch at 2:30pm. Afterwards it’s only ice cream. I’ve had breakfast and ice cream here on two different visits. The ice cream sundae was a little meh (the toppings were all there I think, but the presentation seemed kind of tossed together). Breakfast was good and service was excellent. There’s an upstairs area with seating and a little gift shop too.

Stopped in Thurs am about 10 for Bfast. It was not busy. Food here is ok for the price. Biscuits and gravy are good. We ordered a large Bfast and split it as we are light eaters. The coffee is good. The service this trip was dismal. The server never returned to refill coffee. I had to go to the counter three times to get coffee. We camp nearby and so this is our place often for Bfast. We probably will return but also will be looking for other restaurants for early meals.

We came on Sunday morning for breakfast…their website had all the breakfast options…however, when we came to eat they don’t offer breakfast on Sunday mornings…the waitress must have been new because she had no idea what their coffee flight was or what they’re menu options were…it was a sandwich shop instead of a breakfast place…the chicken salad was okay.
