“We came here on a whim and wow! Roc Hopper Brewing Company puts Syracuse on the map. I started with a flight of mostly pale ales and was so impressed with the quality and variety I had to try the rest.Their pale ales are all fantastic and I specifically enjoyed the sour pale ale. Their German style beers were spot on and reminded me of my time stationed there. Their fruited ales and hibiscus gose were all very flavorful and unique.And that's just the beer...I wish we had the appetite to try more of the food but we did enjoy the sausage pizza. All of the flavors were well balanced and kept me looking forward to the next slice. All told, we're looking forward to the next time we're in the area so we can try more of their food.The ambiance was very clean, crisp and modern. I stalked their Facebook while we were there and it looks like they recently renovated. The walls are decorated with one of the owners family members artwork, most if not all for sale. And for a quiet little town, the place was very lively. We're from the Omaha area and, hear me, it's worth the drive.”

“First time I've ever been to tbe dairy chef and the ladies were great. Very friendly and made us feel like we were regulars. I got a large chocolate cone filled with about a Gallon of ice cream. 8 swirls on top of the cone to be exact. $2.00, yup, that's corret, TWO dollars for that jumbo monstrosity of a cone. As the owner of Husker Bounce, I would recommend going there and I will definitely be going back”

“This place is a favorite stop for me and my friends on our motorcycle runs. There are ALWAYS critters out and about, dogs, cats, kittens, ducks, chickens, geese, and large animals too! The people are friendly, the service is great, and there are a lot of cool and unique boutique items to browse through too. It’s always fun talking to the local patrons as well. They also have a nice sized outdoor beer garden as well. I recommend this place because it’s a place that my friends and I go to again and again. ♥️?”
