We arrived a 1/2 before closing and didn't get done eating until 1/2 after closing, and our waitress was the best. She didn't try and rush us, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and food.

Visited in October and chose curbside delivery. Food was handed to me in a container UPSIDE DOWN by a person who was very unprofessional in appearance and attitude. I left feedback on their app and was contacted Jeff Graham, their Director of Operations. He advised the GM of the location would be in contact. It is now 2024 and the situation is still unresolved. There are plenty of places to eat in the same area in that price point. If this is how you choose to treat your customers, then I bid you good luck. I will not be back.

This Applebees felt really clean when we arrived. It was a Thursday afternoon 330pm and they had only staffed one person. She was great but it made us feel bad because we were a party of 8 and she had 3 other tables. Help arrived later on in the evening but staff was still overwhelmed. My Caesar salad was good, however my coworkers chicken tenders were cold.
