Sorry to say it this way, but it was dark, has a horrible smell (was told it was a pipe issue), and the food was sub-par at best. Guacamole had no flavor and the queso was not great. The chips had so much salt, it was hard to get it all off. The girl serving us was fine, curtious, and professional. The place just felt tight and dank. Not a place I will be returning to anytime soon.

I called this Bellevue location for takeout , I was across town driving and wanted to place an order so it would be ready by the time I arrived, employee answered the phone and asked what I wanted to order but before I could answer her back with my food order she placed me on hold. I was on hold the whole drive time 16 minutes, I still was on hold when I walked in. I seen the place not busy and lots of empty tables. Employees was talking to there friends whom just walked in to talk. Another employee asked if we were there to pick up and order, I said I’m still placed on hold and showed my phone to her. The food was good but the service wasn’t. When no one is supervising these employees they can talk to their friends and forget about the customer on the other end on hold.

I had delivery. My wings were cold and old. Wings tasted like they were cooked yesterday. Only good and or fresh part about my food was the potato wedges. $50 not well spent.

It stunk like sewer when first walkin,so we sat next to the bar. .Idk wtf the smell is but it needs fixed..we won't return until it is..time bfr we had wings n they were cold inside!.only filled mac n cheese half way so of course we had to send them back!!
Had lunch on a Wednesday. Pretty smooth and speedy experience. Will definitely go again!

This bar and restaurant is absolutely dirty. The bartenders and manager Kaitlyn never once washed their hands at the bar while handling dirty dishes, clean dishes, alcohol bottles, money, receipts. The fruit for drinks was handled with dirty fingers and long fingernails that were never washed. The bar counter was not washed one time in the 3 hours we were sitting there. The bartender was constantly touching her face and oily hair with her hands. It was absolutely disgusting to watch how other people's drinks and food were handled. I will be making a call to the health department. This business needs to be looked at for cleanliness and the health of customers.

Slow slow slow, they need to get some managers who care and get this place sorted out. Almost forgot to mention our table had a sticky mess in the middle of the top from a sticker being applied and removed. With proper tools/supplies this could be taken care of in less time than we waited to order.

The five stars is for Kaitlyn, she tried to help us. From what was said from her coworker Emily they close early on Sundays so we couldn’t be sat down which was fine… but Emily was very rude to Kaitlyn and talked to her she was dumb which I thought that was disrespectful.. I’m sorry but co workers should not be rude to each other especially in front of Customers. But thank you Kaitlyn for trying to be helpful !!!
