Tonight 10-21 my family and I went to eat and honestly had better service at a buffet. We got seated right next to a large group and they were very loud and there was plenty of of seating in the rest of the restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress to finally come to our table. We received our entrées before our appetizer and the appetizer was cold when we got it. Honestly just annoyed with it. Probably drive to another location from now on.

It took 20 extra minutes to get my takeout order from the time they told me it would be ready. I ordered in advance. Not to mention we had to stand in a super busy and congested area to wait for our food as they don’t come and find you if you sit down to wait for your food.

Bacon patty melt, bacon smash burger fries and wings....burgers barely warm, fries cold, wings cold....extremely disappointing. Took 20+ minutes to get food and it wasnt busy.

I ordered traditional 6 and get 6 free Tuesdays. I got desert heat and original buffalo with ranch and veggies. It was good.

50+ minutes for 15 bone in wings and 6 boneless and wedges. After being nearly 30 minutes past the pick up time I get out to the car to realize the order is still wrong and had to go back in. Definitely wont be going to this location again.
Haven't been to this location in years, thought we'd give it a try. Walked in and the kid at the host stand didn't even acknowledge us, went off and helped someone else, we stood there for 5 more minutes and decided they must not want the business so we left. Honestly probably dodged a bullet it was super dirty in there.

Everyone's stomach hurt after eating here the resturant had that sour smell like it isn't cleaned thourogh and a lot of things felt sticky wouldnt recommend

With that many tv's, they could put different sports events on at the same time. Instead it's the same game or people talking about current game on ALL 100 TV's! I'm not a crazy big sports fan but some Nascar here, some golf there, hell I'd even watch women's gymnastics if would have been on. But other than that it's your usual b-dubs.

We ordered the special 2 entree 2 side and 2 drinks special. Which is a pretty decent deal.
But the food itself just wasn't the best. We ordered the boneless wings and they were overdone. Super hard to eat. I had 1 wing that was so flat and over cooked there was no chicken inside it. It just seems to be a reoccurring issue. I was really hoping it be redeemed compared to my last visit at this location.
Service was half and half. I dont blame the waitresses. I think she did the best she could with the circumstances. She was constantly moving around and helping other tables. The service this time around is a lot better then my previous visits.
