I never got order pizza after being put on hold twice! I was on hold for over 10 minutes if you can't handle the call volume on a Monday night tell people to call back, or don't answer the phone when you are with another customer. The 2nd time she put me on hold I tried to tell her I have on hold for 10 minutes she told me she didn't care and put me back on hold. I try not to leave bad reviews but this isn't the frist time I have had bad service with the North 30th location....read full review
I ordered a pizza from 14139 and Q st. It never arrived cause the guy got the wrong address. So someone got a free pizza. Amazing they can get the card # right but not the address.
