Ways they could improve? Ok 1. Don't tell me it's going to be 30 minutes when it ends up being an hour and a half. 2. Don't use Uber drivers to deliver your pizza so that the driver takes the hit on the tip when it is that late and not your own personnel suffering for your mistakes. 3. Ordered from the app for carry out. Replied no tip on the app, because I don’t tip when I am the one driving to pick it up. Paid up front with Apple Pay.
When I arrived. Was told that if I didn’t address the tipping question on the point of sale machine or sign that I didn’t want to tip, they wouldn’t give me the pizza I just paid for. I ended up canceling the order, my refund still hasn’t hit my bank account yet.

I ordered a pizza, thin and crispy crust. It was a 30-35 minute delivery 50 minutes later it arrived. My thin and crispy crust was thin and soggy and pizza was on the low side of warm. I called at 45 minutes into delivery and they to.d ,e driver left 10 minutes ago. Not sure how slow he drove but if that was the case, it took him 20 minutes to drive less than three miles. Pizza was so bad I ate some of the topping and that was it.
