This Pizza Hut SLAPS 10/10
Pizza looked like it was thrown around in the box, another one looks like they just poured sauce in the center of the pizza. Our bread sticks have cinnamon coating all over the bottom. Little to no pride in their work
Order was wrong the first time but the assistant manager personally made it herself and got it right. Very good customer service on her part. The call center on the other hand, hung up on us 3 times when we tried to call to resolve the wrong order

Pizza Hut receives mixed reviews, particularly due to technical and volume issues during busy times that can inconvenience customers. However, the staff, especially manager Connor, are praised for their exceptional service, going above and beyond to resolve problems, such as a burnt cheese pizza. One customer noted that their pan pizza had a crispy bottom, melty cheese, and deliciously crispy pepperonis, making it the best experience at a Pizza Hut in the last 10 years. The worker was friendly, and the customer felt no pressure to tip.
On the other hand, some feedback highlights that the service and food can be average, with limited parking available around the restaurant. Specifically, parking in the front can be tricky, as it may block the driveway. Another customer expressed disappointment with the online ordering experience, particularly when trying to add complimentary cinnamon sticks during their birthday month. This individual faced delays and inefficiencies, which marred their overall experience. They suggested that the restaurant needs to improve its processes and customer service to enhance future visits.
