Today I got the Caramel Apple Smoothie and it blows any apple pie milkshake you’ve ever had out of the water! Smooth and creamy but with all of those fall flavours that are so warm, comforting and cosy. It totally was a delicious treat!! I love the staff at every location I’ve been too, so happy and friendly and how they give such care to a simple smoothie. “Monday Oct 3rd I stopped after work at 4:40 for a coffee had the best customer service experience in a very long time.
There was only one employee car in the parking lot, so I was worried about how long of a wait it was going to be.
The young woman working the speaker was super friendly and energetic. I get to the window and it’s the same girl. She said they were short handed so she was doing both jobs. She was just as friendly at the window as she was on the speaker.
She was short handed, yet still was super positive and worked very fast and did a great job with my order.
I was not able to see her name tag because she was too short. Otherwise I would give her a shout out by name. I hope this gets to her. She made my day with her positivity and friendliness. The quickness while being short handed didn’t hurt any either!“
