This place is trash. Every single time I’m missing items. This last recent visit you missed an entire meal?! How. But these kids want to make $20 an hour… what a joke…. I won’t be coming back to this location and I HIGHLY recommend you don’t give this place business.

I usually love Sonic but I'll never be back to this location. Pulled up to one of the kiosks, pushed the button, and waited nearly ten minutes with no answer. Should have been a sign but my son wanted Sonic. Went through drive thru which was just as slow. When I asked about the new BBQ pulled pork cheeseburger they didn't know what all was on it. I ordered it with no pickles. Waited forever for the car in front of us to get their food. Finally got our food and when I finally opened my sandwich there was no pulled pork cheeseburger. It was a sprinkling of pulled pork and a pinch of BBQ sauce, no burger patty and no cheese. It cost nearly $7 and I got a smaller sandwich than a kids meal. When my son opened his cheeseburger it was smashed. In total, $22 for a smashed cheeseburger, some mozzarella sticks, and an ounce of pulled pork.

Be careful when ordering from drive through. At times they do get larger orders
19$ for one combo meal with an oreo shake as the drink. 19$. Fries were filled halfway and there was mayb one half a scoop of oreo in the shake. Good ole corporate greed. Prices keep going up while quality and quantity of product goes does. And I'm sure the automated response will recommend I call a number to complain. How about you monitor guest feedback and fix your bad training and greedy price gouging. The price of goods hasn't gone up. The price of owner greed has.

Placed an app order for a soda and a burger...got to the stall at 9:42..may 4 other cars in stalls. I could see from where I was the table they set the orders on...about 4 min after checking in I saw them put my order on the table...the server came out like 3 times to deliver orders to other cars in that 4 minutes..while my order sat there...after almost 15 more minutes later I pushed the button and asked about my order...the young man said " It's almost ready" then proceeded to grab the order I saw that had been sitting on the table for almost 20 minutes now...well needless to say I had a cold burger..

very rude lady in the drive thru. asked for ice cream in a cup. when i got to the window i was given a cone. i told them i asked for it in a cup. the lady began to ask why i didnt order it in a dish.. i told her i did ask for it in a cup. and then we argued weather i asked for it in a dish or cup or what ever. i never said a cone.dont hire tweaker ladies to be rude to customers.I gave sonic another try and I tried to order a number 11 chicken strips. She ask me 3pc or 5… after the order was complete I went to the window and she is telling the order back as a #5 burger or something so I told her no that is not right. She then caught some attitude saying “why did u order a #5 if u wanted a #11??…” I told her u don’t remember asking me a 3pc or 5pc? Why would you ask me that for a #5 burger?? She interrupted me by closing the window..when she came back she opened the window to tell me the new total for my order that is supposedly correct. So I told he no thanks I’m not gonna be treated like an idiot. I’m not going to argue with somebody. I then went to Arby’s next door and the service was great. 5 stars for Arby’s that day! 0 stars for sonic this time.
