“The food is fantastic, however the fact Panera has the audacity to ask its customers for a tip is ridiculous and ruins the expreince for me.

I was a server and a bartender for over 10 years before I got into my career. Panera isn't a service restaurant, I order at a kiosk and pick up from a window.
I will not be tipping. Instead.. raise your price by a dollar and pay your people more.

“The atmosphere was amazing, I was with my husband and kids, my children behaved well because, they felt the elegant atmosphere and they even ate all their veggies, the shareable plate was great for me and my 10 year old and 3 year old. The waiter treated us so well! Even boxed my 3 years olds doggie bag as she politely requested! We all felt seen and, appreciated. 10/10 will be returning! Thank you“

“Waited an hour and 45 minutes to get seated. Stood at the bar for 10 minutes without even being looked at when I'm actively trying to get their attention.

Once we got seated things turned around and service was quick. Server did his best.“

“The manager and team made me feel so special on my birthday, minutes before closing.

I got off work late on my birthday, after working over 15 hours and drove to Olive Garden. I felt so bad walking in 5 mins before they closed to place a to go order. The place was empty and most of the servers had clocked out and were heading out the door.

I asked if it was ok to place an order and said id leave quickly. The manager didnt make me feel bad at all and said that's why they were still open. I ordered spaghetti and profusely apologized, explaining the long day and really wanting pasta for dinner. She asked me a few more questions and found out it was my birthday. She walked back to the kitchen, explaining that thr food would be ready soon. Within 3 mins, she came out with a group of workers, singing me happy birthday and presenting me with a piece of cake and lit candle. It absolutely made my day. As a military member living by myself, I otherwise wouldn't have had a birthday celebration that night. Im so thankful for the kindness shown by this location. When they easily (and understandably) couldve denied my initial order, alone, they connected with me and went out of there way to make me feel loved.“

“I moved to Tennessee 24 years ago and the GI forum is my first stop every time I come back. I have been eating there for almost 50 years and I crave it. For those who consider this”Tex-Mex”!or not authentic Mexican food, I invite you to Tennessee where every “Mexican” restaurant is the same. Different names, but same tasting food. I guess what I am saying is you don’t know what you’ve got until you can’t get it. So, for this loyal customer, I consider this the best Mexican food ever. I try to recreate it at home and always take back frozen enchiladas, burritos, and even tacos, which I think would be part of my last meal!! And, if possible, I would really like to know what you season your ground beef with and how to make your hot sauce. Please????“

“My daughter brought me the corn chowder from there because I wasn’t feeling well and I wish I could get a whole pint of it. It was the best I have ever had and hit the spot so well.!!!!!“

“Hutong Sushi, an absolute amazing and devious dining experience. This family run restaurant is the jewel of sushi in the area. Surpassed only by being in Japan or on the coast, I declare this is the best restaurant by far. Yummy, unique, creative, pleasant, and caring of every dish. Each dish is carefully plated, great cuts, and a fantastic presentation of the cuisine. The service is also friendly, quick, and just a good experience all around. I cannot stress visiting this establishment enough!“

“So, if you are in the downtown Omaha area, and your hotel is wanting to charge you $20 for a lame breakfast buffet, I suggest going down to Manhattan's. I got the breakfast bowl and my daughter had the breakfast croissant sandwich. The bowl was $9 I believe and I could not finish it. My daughter said that was the best breakfast sandwich she had ever had. Either way, much better than the buffets at the hotel. I also got their hamburger for lunch. Quite tasty and the fries were awesome.“

Today I reluctantly went back at the grandkids request and the Calabrian Steak and Sharimp with Bucatini was back! Please please keep this on the menu!!! “I didn't like the imperial shrimp...too much batter and they used the small shrimp, and it was not seasoned well, or at all. The sauce was supposed to be in the side and they put it on the shrimp so the batter was soggy. I specifically asked for fried and sauce on the side. The shrimp in the fried rice were delicious and flavorful,and a decent size.“
