Six people behind the counter and the service is slower than ever. For all their automation and expanded delivery options, they have lost the love for the customer standing right in front of them.
This is my favorite Starbucks! I come here a couple times a week and the baristas are always very friendly and helpful. They do a great job at keeping an eye on the store and making sure it's a safe and comfortable environment. My orders are made quickly and correctly. The bathrooms are always clean and well-stocked. Honestly can't speak highly enough of this store and it's staff!
Long line at the drive-through, so I went inside. The cashier was kind enough to mention that anything that wasn't brewed coffee with cream would take 10-15 minutes. I just wanted caffeine and was in a hurry, so I ordered a medium brewed with cream. I am so thankful for the honesty. I was in and out in a minute. Great employee service. I wish I had remembered her name.
