Horrible service. Over an hour till closing and she was already closing up claiming the system was updating and there was nothing she could do.

The gentleman who helped me did not greet me or seem to be in a very friendly mood. I wanted to order a spicy italian and he got an attitude telling me they don’t have it anymore and I asked if toppings are still free (veggies) and he said “Sometimes”. The gentleman also looked unsanitary and had bad hygiene which made not want to eat there anyway.

Horrible service. Wouldn’t use my coupon that I received in the mail from them because their system glitches when they use their coupons so they charged me full price which was double the price. Never trusting subway and their coupons that they send in the mail since they do not honor it.

Since finding out I have an allergy to pork a few months ago, I make sure to tell my people making my order I'm allergic and will they please change their gloves before they make my food. Firstly... you should wash your hands and change your gloves to make sure allergens can't spread, but no one ever washes their hands. Today in particular I got an eye roll for asking. They refused to wash their hands and only placed on new gloves. I made my order with stating, I have an allergy to pork. She makes my sandwich and then goes to grab a knife that had just been used on the order before me &he ordered PORK. I said please don't use that knife. And she begins to argue with me "but I need to use it to fold the sandwich." I told her I saw the other person use it to cut a PORK sandwhich and told her firmly NO don't use that knife. She continues to argue with me again "she didn't use it it's new" when I saw with my own eyes it was used and places back in the same place they store the knives. In any case the pork contaminated the other knife in the same place. So I raised my voice and said do not use that knife thank you. She rolled her eyes and huffed outloud at me and put the knife down to then use the gloved hand that touched the knife to fold my sandwich over. I'll hope no pork contaminates were on the handle. I paid the $8 something with my coupon and left.
I am so frustrated...
My allergy is a valid allergy and has put me in the ER several times with severe stomach pain and days of severe stomach cramping where I can't eat and can barely breath.
I would prefer if there was some better training involved. I do not need to be accosted for my very real allergy. I won't return to this location after this. I don't need to argue to keep myself safe. The location near me is much more friendly and accommodating to my allergy needs.

The guy with the purple hair at Wal-Mart Subway in Bellevue. GET A DIFFERENT JOB. Your customer service sucks along with your attitude. Very rude. No smile, no thank you, NOTHING. I got three pieces of pepperoni and 2 slices of cheese. I wish i could post pics of how my sandwich looked and how dirty the eating area is. Tables are dirty, floors are dirty. Soda area is disgusting and sticky. If your gonna be in the public eye maybe smile and be thankful you have a job. Tried to call to talk to manager, phone number doesnt ring. There goes my money.

Absolute horrible experience at the store never go to this location. They were running a buy one get one free special on the app so I ordered two sandwiches on the app and paid for one at the store when trying to order a spicy Italian was told by the employee well we don’t have that, so what else do you want now? Even though they have a sandwich exactly like it on the menu was never given recommendations. Ordered the steak sandwich up to this point all it had was meat and cheese as he was putting the veggies I wanted on the sandwich, there was some kind of liquid on his gloves he kept shaking onto my sandwich, Absolutely disgusting

My mother & I walked in there to order, everything was ok until after getting our meal and sat down, literally after 2 bits of my sandwich the so called “assistant manager” said “it’s 8pm you have to leave my store NOW!” Like demanding us to gather our things and go! Now me being a GM at a restaurant, 1st customer is the most important thing! And this place is the worst restaurant for customer service, and the employees attitudes are HORRIBLE!! If I could give them no stars I definitely would!

Im a local food and restaurant secret shopper, Service was very poor, I ordered a standard Italian BMT some ingredients were almost tripple the standard and others were skipped, both sandwich “artists” were very dirty looking, open cuts and sores, greasy hair, lack of any motivation, on top of all that the joint itself was anything but clean, floors had gunk and food on them, half eaten sandwiches behind the counter, just an extremely unpleasant place to eat, I don’t recommend anyone dine there and quite frankly I suggest they close that branch.
