Ordered through the app for delivery. Food left on our porch with no notification. Did not ring bell or knock. Left outside in 7 degree weather. When I called I was told that they use Door Dash and there really isn’t anything they can do. On the website it states they deliver, not that they use Door Dash. I ordered food from Wingstop, not Door Dash., they are still responsible. Will never order again.
Literally the most incompetent food service ever. They are constantly messing up our order. -Something is always missing.
…but you do have good ranch…that’s the only positive thing.
