“I grew up in Nebraska, retired a year ago, moved to Illinois. They do not know what Runza’s are, so the Columbus, NE store made 35 original and 15 Swiss mushroom, they froze them, with the help of a employee Jason, this evening we packed them in 2 coolers, and he put them in my car! “The best Sonic I have ever been to, honestly! So polite and professional. They repeat your order for you, and are patient while you make up your mind. Food is alway fresh!! We have waited 15/20 minutes before, but when we get it it is fresh and hot!! Worth the wait! And they have also given us free drink coupons for the wait! Great customer service and training at this sonic! We go often! 12/28/2020“
