I visited PK’s on a Saturday evening with a group of 10+ women from an entrepreneurship program in Lincoln. We were privileged to hear the business’ story from Misty, Genni, and staff and have the opportunity to ask them questions about their journey. The spinach & artichoke dip is amazing. I order it for my meal because it’s the best and comes with fries tortilla wedges and salsa. The bleu cheese dressing beats the other local (within an hour drive) restaurants. You get a free dessert for your birthday. I loved the cherry cheesecake, my kids prefer the malt (huge) and sour cream and raisin pie. Very clean, staff is attentive and friendly.
