everytime i come to this location one of the employees short with vitiligo stares at us gives us looks and is rude to us and talks about us to others and gets them to stare, when not working sits at a table eating doritos and does not wash her hands before making drinks or food and has screamed at us when asking for our order that was never made.
How hard is it to keep basic donuts stocked & communicate when you don't. Leaving people standing around wondering about the status of their order while their drink is on the counter getting cold & their donut doesn't exist is annoying. Even better, depending on who's there they can't refund anything from an order made online you get stuck with points. I don't want points if you can't keep the food stocked & made right or communicate with customers
So slow. Service was horrible.

Dunkin' is a new restaurant located just outside of Bennington, Nebraska, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and hardworking, often providing helpful guidance for those unfamiliar with coffee options. However, experiences can vary. Some customers have reported rude service at the registers and long wait times, even when the restaurant is not busy. There have been complaints about food quality, with bagels described as hard and donuts sometimes tasting dry and old. While some customers enjoy the coffee and donuts, others find the variety lacking. The restaurant's popularity has led to inventory challenges, and new staff are still learning the ropes. Overall, Dunkin' offers a decent experience, especially for those who visit early for the best donuts, but there are areas for improvement in service and food quality.
