01/29/2022 I picked up a coffee for a friend at Scooters at 156th and Maple. I asked the clerk if they could make a white mocha latte that tastes like Starbucks. I was told that they could. I am a Scooters fan so I felt I was making a good decision. I paid extra tip for their trouble. I got to my friends house and gave them the latte. They said it tasted like dirty water. my car broke down and the wonderful ladies seen us having trouble and were very sweet and brought us out coffees.

Although there is room for improvement in communication with Deaf customers, the team is cheerful, efficient, and customer-aware, making for a pleasant experience.
