Ordered a combo meal today. Had to correct the young man at the drive-thru for an incorrect order, twice! Drive home to discover the order was still incorrect(food & soda), wasn’t even close to what I had ordered. Extremely disappointed.

I went to the McDonald’s in Blair NE. First off there are no more workers at the counter and no menus on the wall. Have to order off of a kiosk which takes more time than talking to an actual person. Ordered for 3 adults and 2 toddlers -not a lot of food- and it ridiculously cost $64. Took 16+ minutes to complete my order (fast food ?) only to be told to fill my own drinks with the 1 cup left in the holder. After refilling the cup holder there were no lids in the container so I had to go back to the counter to get lids, difficult with No Counter Help (the kiosk wouldn’t bring lids out, there were no buttons for lids)! Finally get out of there and home only to open cold food, the cheese wasn’t even melted on our sandwiches and the fries were cold and nasty. 100% Dissatisfied with the experience! Not that you care but I’ll never come back, McDonald’s has lost my business. Very Poor Experience!McDonald’s has placed ridiculously exorbitant profits over customer service and quality of products.

Ordered on the mobile app. Needed to wait 25 minutes for my husband to get home and then I went through the drive through to pick up my order. It took me 5 minutes to get home and I would bet just about anything that my fries were 20+ minutes old. If you all are going to just make up the order and have it sitting there waiting for me the entire time, I would just like to know so that I can order from it when I get there. But really, what would be the point? I don't need a whole app on my phone for that.

The new kiosk for ordering sucks, I would rather have a human attendant take my order. Guess I will not be stopping at McDonald’s again. I’m sure the king will take my order.
Ratings are in respect to the fast-food genre.Appears to be clean. Employees reasonably friendly and attentive. Restrooms clean. In fact, they were cleaning them when I arrived. It really irritates me that McDonald's does not have paper towels in their bathrooms. I suggest taking a napkin into the restroom with you and tucking it into your pocket so you can use it to dry your hands. McDonald's coffee just doesn't seem to be quite as tasty as it used to be. It was drinkable but didn't seem quite as strong as usual.My order was served accurately in a reasonable amount of time. Pet peeve: The menu does not make it easy to read the price of each individual item. The meal deal has significantly larger font. Not every customer wants to eat a thousand calories with their meal, so you would think it would be easier to read.I would patronize again.Parking: Parking surrounds the building.

Prices went up yet again and I still get stale fries and burgers dripping with ketchup that a toddler could stack better than theseIt never fails lately to have to pull ahead to wait for your food Just so they can keep their drive-thru times down even if there's no one in line price keeps going up yet the quality doesn't

I've had sandwiches served with old brown lettuce on them! So I order my sandwiches plain, they can't even get that right! If they can't get any better, maybe food and beverage control will pay them a visit.
