Just wanted to thank CONNIE for taking my call, and making sure I had birthday available for the birthday boy! And he loved it!❤🥳🎂
Not only did we wait in line for at least 30 minutes because they were so understaffed but when we got home my daughter found a fly in her kids meal. The two staff we encountered were very friendly despite having such a heavy work load which I appreciated their positive attitudes. The sanitary conditions aren’t acceptable. There shouldn’t be bugs in anyone’s food especial for a child. Only positive was the staff.
I go here on my lunch breaks and I sit in the line for my whole 30 minutes break waiting on food. It’s like that everytime I come here. I’m done eating at this location, they NEED NEW workers & management! I tried to call because they messed up my order they keep answering and hanging up in my face. I will be back up there shortly I don’t take disrespect lightly at all.
