Uh, where are the rest of my fries? I ordered a LARGE. This is just a regular size fry in a LARGE CONTAINER!!!!!! I usually have good service and food from here, which I did again today, but... I want ALL my fries! ?
Went there to eat after moving my storage out and the employees was having a meeting. It's happened several times but this time their supervisor was threatening to 'short staff' her employees because they were not pre-slicing accordingly for her. That's not right and I feel VERY sorry for staff to have to deal with that type of work atmosphere in todays environment. She should be knocked down a peg or three for that type of threat to her employees. Those workers...
Ordered on the mobile app. Needed to wait 25 minutes for my husband to get home and then I went through the drive through to pick up my order. It took me 5 minutes to get home and I would bet just about anything that my fries were 20+ minutes old. If you all are going to just make up the order and have it sitting there waiting for me the entire time, I would just like to know so that I can order from it when I get there.
