So I settled on a chicken quesadilla with avocado and had a a few mules with it.I have to say I didn't have huge expectations for the quesadilla in central Nebraska, but it was pretty damn good. It was huge and was enough for a filling dinner. More importantly it was just good - a great balance of tortilla, cheese, chicken, and avocado with fresh salsa.They get 5 stars because at the end, when the bill came it was far less than I expected, about $25 with the small happy hour discount.“
