My husband would give this restaurant a 4 because his Reuben was better than most. But my Cobb salad came up short. It was made with a bagged iceberg mix rather than romaine. The chicken was freshly grilled which is ideal, but the bacon and tomatoes were not very flavorful. We had a molten chocolate dessert which was not as hot as you usually find.
I was passing through central Nebraska and stayed in Broken Bow for the night. There weren't many options for dinner so figured I'd give the hotel restaurant a shot - it had some ambience.The entree prices were kind of high, and the appetizers weren't much cheaper. Nice place and great help working there but food was expensive and not very good. The prime rib comes in two sizes small and large. It should have said small and really small. Meat was also very tough even served medium rare. Potatoes weee cold and baked potato wouldn’t even melt butter. I expected more for a $45 meal.
